چکیده
Bovine leukemia and equine infectious anemia are registered in most regions of Ukraine many countries worldwide. This is accompanied by economic losses reduced quality livestock products, which determines the relevance study retroviral infections, their diagnosis, pathogenesis. The goal our research was to find improve methodological foundations development pathological process for a more in-depth etiology, pathogenesis, treatment, prevention infections. object blood, lymph nodes, spleen, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys bovine anemia. Hematological, anatomical, histological, histochemical, morphometric, statistical methods were used study. group included 304 cattle aged 4–9 years 42 horses, 25 infected with virus, 17 control group. It has been established that horses an irreversible characterized slow progression, presence latent or persistent form, damage cells, organs, systems body, leads death. Infectious differs from hidden course process. pathogenesis occurs six stages, we have identified conventionally named.

متن کاملMolecular and Pathogenetic Aspects of Tumor Budding in Colorectal Cancer
In recent years, tumor budding in colorectal cancer has gained much attention as an indicator of lymph node metastasis, distant metastatic disease, local recurrence, worse overall and disease-free survival, and as an independent prognostic factor. Tumor buds, defined as the presence of single tumor cells or small clusters of up to five tumor cells at the peritumoral invasive front (peritumoral ...
متن کاملRetroviral infections transmitted by blood transfusion.
Modifications in donor screening and the introduction of laboratory testing of donated blood for anti-HIV-1 and anti-HTLV-I have resulted in a significant reduction in the risks of retroviral infections from blood transfusion. Presently, the American Red Cross detects an average of eight carriers of human immunodeficiency virus, type 1 (HIV-1) per 100,000 otherwise acceptable blood donors (0.00...
متن کاملReview Article Tumorigenesis related to retroviral infections
Retroviral infections are considered important risk factors for cancer development in humans since approximately 15-20% of cancer worldwide is caused by an infectious agent. This report discusses the most established oncogenic retroviruses, including human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), human T-cell leukemia virus (HTLV-1 and -2), Rous sarcoma virus (RSV), Abelson murine leukemia virus (A-MuLV),...
متن کاملRegulatory T cells in retroviral infections
Tight regulation of immune responses is not only critical for preventing autoimmune diseases but also for preventing immunopathological damage during infections in which overactive immune responses may be more harmful for the host than the pathogen itself. Regulatory T cells (Tregs) play a critical role in this regulation, which was discovered using the Friend retrovirus (FV) mouse model. Subse...
